Oils: Consistent use is recommended to receive the utmost benefits. For example, “Eczema Relief Body Oil” needs several days to months in order to  penetrate the layers of the skin for relief. This timeline can be extended if you are using steroid cream because you may go  through severe withdrawals. Be prepared for your eczema to become worse before better.

Kelly Delgado, the owner of KATEO Natural Solutions, has always been interested in science and nature. She spent four years at a university studying health science. During this time she learned biology, anatomy and physiology, chemistry, etc.

She believes in the importance of traditional healing that is spread through word of mouth throughout generations, and combining that with the current research and advances that science has made. 

After graduating and dealing with her own health issue, Kelly explored herbalism and healing using natural remedies. She still spends her time researching natural remedies, scientific studies, to heal herself, those in her family, and now you!

Most natural solutions are safe for the body, but if you have sensitivities (such as algae or ragweed species), be sure to check the ingredients to ensure that you are not allergic to any item. Herbs are very powerful and can interact with certain medications. Always consult with your provider if you would like to implement a new regimen.
