Shipping Policy

Each order takes at least four days for processing before it is shipped. Once your order is shipped, it can take up to five business days for delivery. Processing and delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.

Express shipping allows for one day processing time, with shipping taking up to two business days before your order arrives.

This does not apply to backordered products. Backordered products are not technically in stock, and they have to be created by hand before they are shipping out. Back ordered products will be shipping in the order that they are received.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns nor exchanges. However, please email contact@kateonaturalsolutions.net with any order issues and we will happily resolve any issues.
