My ancestors used Castor Oil to help cleanse excess waste with their bodies through seasonal detoxes. 2 to 3 times a year they would take 1 teaspoon of castor oil to cleanse their body of toxins and improve their immune system.

Castor oil works internally by increasing the movement of the muscles in the intestines to clear the bowels. Excess bacteria and waste are attached to the castor oil and is removed through bowel movements. 

The castor beans by themself contain ricin, which is a toxin and is poisonous. However, once heated this ricin disappears and all of the nutrients (including ricinoleic acid) are activated instead. 

Castor Oil works externally by penetrating the skin layers and relieving inflammation, pain, and stimulating the flow of the body to remove waste, improve digestion, and much more!

Potential Uses Internally: FDA approved usage as a laxative. 1 teaspoon mixed with juice, allow 6 to 12 hours to start feeling an effect. Do not use for more than 3 days. Historically has been used to induce pregnancy after extended time has passed after the due date.
